What's your favourite way to brew? Do you have any brewing tips?
Hand pour. Always control your variables such as dose, grind size, temperature, yield, time, number of pours etc… This will allow you to compare different brews and make changes to get the best out of your coffee.

What do you like most about working for a B Corporation?
I just love how it’s all about being environmentally friendly as well as socially responsible. It feels good to work for a company that properly cares about your wellbeing in addition to the planet.
Aside from coffee, what are your passions?
I love cinema and playing competitive video games (esports). I’m also addicted to learning new things on Youtube from world history, cooking, science and all sorts. I’m passionate about fitness and often boulder to get my exercise.
If you could have coffee with anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
Bill Gates or Elon musk. Simply because I find their minds fascinating and would love to get a deeper understanding of how they think. I’d also like to teach them about coffee!

Dear Green was one of the first speciality coffee roasters in Scotland.

The passionate people and sense of community.

Some Lo-fi synthwave when I’m chilling and some rock/dance when I wanna party!
