What do you do at Dear Green?
Roastery assistant, deliveries, stock control, coffee roasting... and I’m currently learning to do service and maintenance on coffee machines and grinders.
How do you make coffee at home?
What’s your favourite thing about speciality coffee?
It’s delicious and so interesting, the more you read about it the more things you keep finding out. I love that from bean to cup everyone is paid well for the hard work they do.

Barista Foundation & Sensory Skills with more to come!
What do you do in your spare time?
Hang out with my wife and little boy, play and write music and sometimes do digital artwork.

The team! Everyone is total superstar and it’s the best working environment to be in. Couldn’t ask for a better job!
