What’s your name and where are you from?
Kyle but people call me Hendo. I’m from Montrose near Aberdeen.
What does a day at Dear Green look like for you?
Coffee and helping get delicious coffee out. I look after deliveries, stock control, coffee roasting... and carry out service and maintenance on coffee machines and grinders.
What's your favourite way to brew? Do you have any brewing tips?
Filter brew! Tips? The coffee can always taste better so don't stop tweaking.
Your favourite Dear Green coffee?
Jeeeeeeeeeeez! It's all great!
What do you like most about working for a B Corporation?
I like that we can give back.
Aside from coffee, what are your passions?
I am an artist and musician so that takes up a lot of free time and I also have 2 podcasts I host as well.
If you could have coffee with anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
My family because nothing gives me more joy than spending time with the people I love.
What's something everyone should know about Dear Green?
It has the most kick ass women working here.
What’s your favourite thing about speciality coffee?
It’s delicious and so interesting, the more you read about it the more things you keep finding out. I love that from bean to cup everyone is paid well for the hard work they do.

John The Ghost - Rolled Down Window, 80's tunes and anything by Every Time I Die.
