Introducing our latest limited-edition Showcase release: a standout microlot from Las Lajas Micromill in Costa Rica, processed using the Black Diamond Natural method.

Grown on the volcanic slopes of Costa Rica’s Central Valley, this exceptional SL-28 microlot comes from Finca Calle Liles, one of the farms owned by pioneering producers Oscar and Francisca Chacón of Las Lajas Micromill.

Processed using the Black Diamond Natural method, a slow, controlled natural process unique to Las Lajas. The cherries are carefully dried over 15–22 days at low temperatures to allow natural sugar crystallisation without heat stress. This results in a cup that is sweeter, cleaner, and brighter than traditional naturals, with refined fruit character and exceptional clarity.

Tips
All our coffee beans are roasted fresh and are best consumed within 6 weeks of roast date. Always reseal in our airtight bag and store at ambient temperature.
