At Dear Green, we strive to keep our waste to an absolute minimum! While it is impossible to be entirely zero waste, we love to come up with creative ways to repurpose any of that pesky unavoidable waste! You may have already seen that we sell our hessian coffee sacks, donate the sales to Girls Gotta Run, and give away our chaff and Grain Pro bags to be reused.
A certain amount of green coffee “waste” is inevitable, be it unused samples or ends of sacks not quite enough to make up a full roast. However this coffee is still delicious, fresh, speciality grade coffee and where some may see waste, we see the opportunity for a bargain mega blend!

No coffee leaves our roastery if it is more than 7 days from the roast date. Coffee ordered for Monday dispatch may be subject to delays depending on weekend ordering patterns and roasted stock levels.
