Dear Green V60 Brew Guide:
- Start with a ratio of 60g coffee to 1 litre of water.
- Medium/fine grind size for your coffee.
- Place filter paper inside the V60 and rinse thoroughly.
- Add coffee to the V60 and cover with 30ml water to bloom.
- After 30 seconds bloom time, add the remaining water, staggering your pour.
- Aim for a total brew time of 2.5 to 3 minutes
