Each batch of coffee we supply to our customers is carefully sourced by us from seasonal crops and then roasted freshly to order. Every bag is packed, stamped, sealed and checked by hand before leaving our roastery to ensure the highest quality and freshness for our customers.
As well as supplying our specialty grade coffee, we also offer ongoing assistance and support to ensure you are fully equipped to experience the best coffee possible. Read on and be part of our story.
1. BARISTA TRAINING FOR YOUR TEAM*
We offer training and advice sessions from our team to yours. You and your staff can learn all about coffee – from the farm to the flat white! As our coffee partners, we want you to have the knowledge and skills to confidently prepare coffee to a consistently high quality. We’ll pass on our experiences from sourcing coffee from cooperatives and farms around the world and use our years of barista experience to fine tune your skills to expertly execute that coffee menu!
Already got the skills? Let’s get to the next level? We offer our wholesale partners advanced training sessions in espresso, latte art and brewing, either at your premises or at our Glasgow roastery. Please contact us to arrange!
And that’s not all! We are authorised by the Speciality Coffee Association (SCA) to offer modules in Barista Skills and Sensory Skills as part of theinternationally recognised Coffee Skills Program!
2. CHOOSING THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT
Dear Green are proud distributors of espresso and brewing equipment from a wide range of industry respected manufacturers. We have a long standing relationship with La Marzocco, check out our blog for more info or get in touch for recommendations and a quote!
We have all bases covered. Our team of coffee professionals and our network of espresso engineers across the country will ensure you have all equipment installation, maintenance and servicing requirements sewn up!
3. COFFEE DELIVERED TO YOU
We roast and dispatch coffee nationwide on a daily basis, get in touch to find out how we can service your needs, wherever you are!

Not sure where to start? We’ve been in this game for a while now, so you’re in safe hands! We provide advice on everything from beans to equipment, training to workflow and everything in between! We’ll be in touch regularly to help identify any potential issues or any opportunities for new collaborations, events and tastings!

6. SO WHAT ELSE DO WE SUPPLY?
Grow your coffee offering with retail bags for your customers to brew at home and we also supply a whole range of brewing kit, literature and reusable cups.

7. TASTING NEW COFFEES
We “cup” (taste) coffees every day at our roastery for quality control. This ensures quality and consistency in our roasting procedures.
We cup for new coffee purchases, roast profiles and blend development. Our cuppings follow strict-protocol so if you’ve never been to one before, we’ll teach you how it works along the way!
