Mat opened Full Court Press in the heart of Bristol. With 15 years experience working with coffee, FCP quickly became a forerunner for the city’s coffee scene.
From the start his aim has been to help people understand how much goes into a cup of coffee, working closely with a trusted group of roasters who deal in Speciality Grade coffee. This has enabled the coffee they serve to have far more traceability, pinpointing where it was grown not just back to the farm, but often back an individual plot.
The publication is 67 pages, printed on FSC-approved uncoated paper in the UK. It measures 99 x 148 mm.
