Our Ethos

Each batch of coffee we supply to our customers is carefully sourced by us through established and trusted supply chains, we purchase seasonal crops of raw green coffee and then flavour profile and follow our quality control procedures before always roasting freshly to order.

Every bag or reusable tub is packed, stamped, sealed and checked by hand before leaving our roastery to ensure the highest quality and freshness for our customers.

Since 2020, we've been a certified B Corp roastery, working towards becoming the most sustainable coffee roastery we can be. Our commitment to B Corp means that we put ethical & sustainable practices at the heart of everything we do. We're also a member of the B Corp Climate Collective, working towards Net Zero by 2030. As a member of 1% For The Planet, we're committed to donating 1% of our annual turnover to environmental organisations and a further 1% to social causes. We have Safe And Local Supplier Approval (SALSA) & are Organic certified for the Organic Food Federation. All are standards that we have worked hard to achieve to ensure our ethics and practices are as high a standard as our coffee.

Since we were established in 2011 we have taken great pride in not only roasting and supplying exclusively specialty grade coffee but also in sharing our knowledge and skill to offer ongoing support, ensuring you, your team and your customers are fully equipped to offer the best coffee experience possible.

Barista Training

No matter your skill level our experienced barista trainer can teach you everything you need to know to produce a world class cup of coffee. From coffee history and farming right through to the technical skills required to produce perfect espressos and beautiful latte art, our team are always on hand to share all of our collective knowledge, ensuring your customers will always get a great cup of coffee!

If you're already experienced in the art of expert coffee making, we offer advanced training sessions to take your skills to the next level. These classes can be tailored to your specific needs, whether it be fine tuning those latte art skills or dialling in your palate for tasting.

As if that wasn't enough!! We are also authorised by the Speciality Coffee Association (SCA) to offer modules in Barista Skills and Sensory Skills as part of theinternationally recognised Coffee Skills Program! 

Choosing the Right Equipment

Choosing equipment can be a daunting experience! There is just so much choice out there! But we're here to help, and make navigating the myriad of choices that little bit easier. We are proud distributors of espresso and brewing equipment from a wide range of industry respected manufacturers. We have a long standing relationship with La Marzocco, and work closely with Brew It Group, Conti and Compak to share with you the finest espresso, grinding and brewing kit available and with the latest technology.

All bases are covered! Our team of coffee professionals and our network of espresso engineers across the country will ensure you have all of your equipment needs including installation, maintenance, servicing and training arranged to suit your requirements and your timeline.

Consultation & Advice

For over 12 years, we've helped many coffee shops across Scotland, not only set up but also install reliable equipment and execute consistently exceptional coffee service. From bar set-up, to equipment, training, selecting the right coffee and loads more, we can consult and give you all the advice you'll need to make informed decisions.

Engineering & Maintenance 

We are here to help you look after your coffee kit so that your coffee is always flowing. Whilst we hope that your need an espresso engineer will only be for annual services of your espresso machine, we can give you the confidence that our network of engineers have years of experience fixing every imaginable problem, You can be safe in the knowledge that we'll have you back up and running asap. 

Remember if you purchase new equipment through us, you'll also be covered for parts & labour warranty and we'll prompt your annual machine service to ensure your kit is well looked after!
