All The Ladies is back - again! We’re pleased to give you a pan-continental gathering of women in coffee across three single-origin roasts: updated for 2026!
As a women-founded and led business, we’re always looking for opportunities to champion the many incredible women who are thriving throughout the coffee supply chain (and the many other remarkable women we work with in our adjacent industries).
Despite changing faces in this bundle, the mission has remained the same: to bring a sense of pride and dignity to those who produce it and to create opportunities for better education and well-being, more sustainable practices, and a stronger sense of community overall.
Join us as we take a closer look at the women who make up our latest All The Ladies lineup.
Rwanda - KCRS
From collective tragedy to collective triumph
First up on our list is our Rwanda at KCRS (Cooperative Coffee Rusiga Sector). A well-known coffee-producing country, Rwanda has an estimated 500,000 smallholdings, with the majority working together as cooperatives through the shared use of washing stations.
Operating via the Kinini Washing station, KCRS is a cooperative of women farmers producing one of the three incredible coffees found on the All The Ladies lineup. Having lived through and been personally affected by the Rwandan genocide, these women have triumphed despite collective and horrific tragedy, taking ownership of the land and shaping their future for the better.
While undoubtedly a team effort, the cooperative has flourished thanks to the help of a key figure, Jacquie. A prominent member of the International Women’s Coffee Association, Jacquie has been very active in helping the women of KCRS to organise themselves, providing support and assistance wherever necessary.
To honour their tireless efforts, Jacquie promised the women of the cooperative that she would market their coffee under its name, KCRS. Now expert coffee farmers in their own right, these women have flourished despite adverse circumstances, making a name for themselves within the international coffee community thanks to the complexity of flavour in their crop.

Kenya - Priory Farm
An intersectional approach to climate and community
Next up is Kenya’s Priory Farm, which has seen success through the hard work and business acumen of its CEO, Zakiya-Rose Muge. Enjoying rich volcanic soil and ideal growing conditions at a high altitude, Priory Farm’s cherries are handpicked before being washed and sun-dried.
Peppering the farmland with indigenous trees, this crop diversity helps to bind the soil and provide natural shade. Additionally, Priory Farm employs integrated pest management techniques to promote biodiversity.
Through the success of their crops, Priory Farm has been able to provide for local communities by offering training for farmers, improving wages, and implementing educational initiatives. Through this wide-reaching approach, not only is high-quality coffee ensured, but so too is the wellbeing of the Rift Valley and its people.
As CEO, Zakiya-Rose has been credited with taking a leading role in coffee production at Priory Farm, utilising her background in business development and marketing to drive success.
Since joining Great Rift Coffee in 2021, she has developed the company’s branding, package design, and B2B relationships, positioning it as a beacon of quality and innovation within the global coffee market.

Brazil - Patricia Coelho - Volcanic Fermentation
An explosion of experimentation.
We’re no strangers to Brazilian coffee at Dear Green, but there was something about this particular producer that really caught our eye (and our taste buds!). A new addition to the trio, Brazil - Patricia Coelho, is a perfect example of the rampant experimentation occurring in Central and South American coffee. So what’s the story?
Coffee is firmly rooted in the eponymous Patricia’s family. Not only is she a third-generation coffee farmer, but she has also run the family farm of Santo Antonio since inheriting it from her father. Her son Pedro, an agronomist, works alongside her on the farm. Additionally, Patricia’s husband, Mauricio, is the Commercial Manager at Costa Cafe.
In 2018, she sold her first specialty coffee lot through Costa Cafe and each year since, she has continued to invest in processing. Her 25/26 crop is the first in which she began experimenting with microlots processed using Volcanic Fermentation. This has been met with much acclaim, breaking the typical Brazilian mould thanks to its fruitier rum & raisin, almond, and tropical fruit profile.
Before your eyebrows raise too far, we should clarify: this process has nothing to do with actual volcanoes, but that doesn’t make it any less impressive. The process gets its name from the way cherries are piled into pyramids with the skin still on, with those at the centre of the pyramids macerating first. The pyramids are rotated and re-piled to allow uniform drying. This is a labour-intensive process, requiring regular checking, hand-rotating, piling in pyramid form, then flattening and repeating.
