Accessibility Statement
Dear Green Coffee Ltd
5th June 2024
Our aim is to improve the accessibility of our website
deargreencoffee.com in the coming years guided by recommendations set
out by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), which includes approved Web
Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level AA.
An accessibility audit was carried out on our website
deargreencoffee.com. The main findings of the report were the following:
Text zoom - text stayed on the screen when zooming in 200%, there was no
need to scroll left or right which makes it good for people with visual
disabilities.
Keyboard focus - keyboard only navigation was possible with a box
appearing around links making it clear when browsing.
Colour contrast - some links fail the colour contrast test. We aim to
using a darker colour in the future to make it clearer for some people
to see.
Alt text - we aim to improve the alternative text of photos and images,
at present there is limited or no description. This will be especially
beneficial for people using screen readers when browsing our website.
Links - text links are not underlined, we are looking to remedy this in
the future.
If you have experienced an accessibility problem when visiting this
website then please let us know and we will see if we can fix or improve
it in the future? Please email: info@deargreencoffee.com
