We are here to help you take your coffee game to the next level!  

In this 2 hour class, we'll introduce you to all of the techniques required to become seriously addicted to creating picture perfect milk drinks!

Each session includes:

  • The ultimate milk texturising techniques.
  • Advice on achieving the correct milk temperature.
  • Steaming methods to create silky smooth 'micro foamed' milk.
  • Pouring styles for execution of various latte art patterns.
  • An insight into the symmetry, contrast and technical skill required.
  • Coaching through pouring a heart, rosetta and stacked tulip.
  • Loads of time to practice on our state of the art espresso equipment. 
  • Expert guidance from our resident latte artist.

    Perfect class!

    Such a fun class to take part in! Have been stuck doing one technique for years and it was refreshing to go back to basics and learn new skills. Adam and Chris created a very relaxed environment and I would highly recommend. Also very tasty coffee!

    Great Class

    This was an excellent class ran by Adam with the help of Kris. They were relaxed and made you feel comfortable. Good mix of theory and practice. Would definately recommend this class to anyone.

    I will definitely be back for more classes if any run. Would love to do a roastery tour and a home barista class!.

    A great experience - well pitched for any aspiring latte artists

    I'm struggling to find anything I could suggest to improve this course. The class size, environment, equipment and quality of instruction were all first class.
