Local Community
Supporting young people. Thanks to local organisation Hub International we regularly support schools with barista training and SCA qualifications. We are also on the Poverty Alliance Hospitality Steering Group, promoting a Real Living Wage for all. In 2022 we also donated to the Garnetbank school fundraising auction.
Our support of our local community extends to regular donations for raffles, fundraisers and community projects and sponsoring sporting events like Caledonian Gladiators and the Body and Soul Festive Food Bank Dash.
In 2022 Dear Green have made regular Food Bank donations and sponsored the The Blankfaces coffee mornings to offer a safe, warm and friendly place with a free coffee to those affected by homelessness.
Our team also volunteer on projects of their choice during working hours.
