If there’s a problem with your order, please email hello@deargreencoffee.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Coffee products

We cannot accept returns on coffee, as it is a perishable product.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

You received thewrong item, or

Your order arrived damaged or defective.

We’re unable to offer refunds based on taste, flavour preference, or extraction issues with pre-ground coffee.
Equipment & merchandise

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving non-perishable items, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items must be unused, in their original condition (this includes original packaging), and suitable for resale.
Returns via Royal Mail Tracked 48

Change-of-mind returns
For non-coffee items returned because you no longer want them, we offer a Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns service for £3. This fee will be deducted from your refund. -
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or was sent in error, we will provide aprepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label at no cost to you.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return where appropriate).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping & responsibility

We cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit when the customer arranges the return.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.
