Returns & Refunds Policy

If there’s a problem with your order, please email hello@deargreencoffee.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Coffee products

  • We cannot accept returns on coffee, as it is a perishable product.

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

    • You received thewrong item, or

    • Your order arrived damaged or defective.

  • We’re unable to offer refunds based on taste, flavour preference, or extraction issues with pre-ground coffee.

Equipment & merchandise

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving non-perishable items, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition (this includes original packaging), and suitable for resale.

Returns via Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Change-of-mind returns
    For non-coffee items returned because you no longer want them, we offer a Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns service for £3. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
    If your item is faulty, damaged, or was sent in error, we will provide aprepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label at no cost to you.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return where appropriate).

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping & responsibility

  • We cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit when the customer arranges the return.

  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.
