But we don’t just give you the beans and tell you to get on with it. You’ll get the support and kit you need to brew, grind and serve the perfect cup - now, and in the years to come.

1. Our coffee is seriously high-quality.
Every batch we supply is responsibly sourced through established, trusted supply chains. We buy seasonal crops of raw green coffee, oversee its flavour profile, and follow strict quality control procedures before roasting. We also hold Safe And Local Supplier Approval (SALSA) and our roastery is certified by the Organic Food Federation.
2. It’s ridiculously fresh, too.
We don’t hang around! Every bag or reusable tub of Dear Green coffee is roasted freshly, then packed, stamped and sealed - before leaving our roastery in Glasgow within 7 days of roasting. Ready for you to rest or brew it.
3. We help you with equipment and installation.
For the last 14 years, we've worked with businesses to set up and install reliable equipment that produces exceptional coffee every time. From the exceptional beans to the perfect machine, you’ll get all the advice you'll need to make informed decisions.
4. We can train your staff.
Our barista training courses will teach you and your team everything they need to know to become espresso experts - from the history of coffee and processing methods to practical skills. If you already employ trained baristas, you can upskill them to become Van Gogh-level latte artists with our advanced courses, which you can tailor to your needs or invest in some SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) classes to certify their skills.
5. We always keep that great coffee flowing.
If something goes wrong with your machine, our network of engineers has years of experience fixing every imaginable problem, so just give us a call.
Also, if you buy new equipment through us, you'll be covered by a parts and labour warranty, and we’ll send you a reminder for your annual machine service.
