Dhilgee means "bloody red" in the Oromiffa language, a native language of Ethiopia. This name represents coffees that have light florals, red berries, purple fruit and are overall round and sweet. This particular coffee comes from Danche Washing Station and is organic certified! The station buys cherries from 742 farmers in the region, who produce good yields thanks to fertile soil and good farming methods.

Dear Green make regular donations to charity. This month with every purchase made you are helping us donate to humanitarian aid charities supporting the devastation following the recent earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. This cause is close to our hearts as it is directly affecting the families of some of our customers and of our colleague Kenan.
