Delicate and expressive, this Pink Bourbon from Huila bursts with notes of lychee, rose water and mandarin. A cup that’s bright, floral, and refreshingly sweet. Its clarity and balance reflect both the quality of the variety and the care behind its production.
Grown by Jefferson Adrián Motta in the hills of Huila, this coffee is the result of years of dedication and innovation. From humble beginnings, Jefferson has transformed his family’s farm into a hub for speciality coffee excellence, experimenting with fermentation and cultivation to elevate every harvest.
This washed pink bourbon undergoes a meticulous, multi-stage fermentation to enhance flavour complexity and cleanliness:
Selective Harvest: Only the ripest cherries are hand-picked.
Pre-Fermentation: Whole cherries rest to develop complexity.
Depulping: The outer fruit is removed, leaving mucilage intact.
Aerobic Fermentation: Yeast cultures are added for balanced sweetness.
Washing: Finished with a clean water rinse for a crisp cup profile.
