Daniela Duque - Pacamara - Natural.
From Hacienda La Rochela in Valle del Cauca, this Pacamara reflects Daniela Duque’s expertise in post-harvest processing and quality control; manually harvested at peak ripeness, fermented anaerobically for 180 hours, and dried slowly on African beds. The result is a coffee that captures the expressive character Pacamara is celebrated for, with notes of Cherry Drops, Pineapple and Summer Fruits.
Theilor Cruz - Gesha - Washed
A beautifully clean, elegant Gesha from Finca Tabacona in Cajamarca, grown at 1,750m in the rich, mountainous landscape of San Ignacio. This coffee reflects Theilor Cruz’s skill and passion, with cherries hand-sorted and fully washed before being sun-dried for 18 days. A meticulous process that brings out the variety’s signature floral and complex profile, with notes of Earl Grey Tea, Pink Grapefruit and Orange Blossom.
Jeffry Motta - Pink Bourbon - Yeast Inoculated Washed
This Pink Bourbon from Huila, Colombia, highlights the innovation and dedication of producer Jefferson Adrián Motta. Grown high in the hills and processed using a careful yeast-inoculated washed method, the lot reflects Jefferson’s commitment to elevating quality through experimentation and thoughtful cultivation, with notes of Lychee, Rose Water and Mandarin.

Tips
All our coffee beans are roasted fresh and are best consumed within 6 weeks of roast date. Always reseal in our airtight bag and store at ambient temperature.
