All The Ladies is back! (2025)

All The Ladies is back! We’re pleased to announce the return of one of our most popular collections—a pan-continental gathering of women in coffee across three single-origin roasts.

As a women-founded and led business, we’re always seeking ways to celebrate the many incredible women who are thriving throughout the coffee supply chain (and the many other remarkable women we work with in our adjacent industries).

All The Ladies has always featured a rotating roster of women-led coffees grown in the world’s favourite and emerging coffee-producing countries. Despite changing faces, its mission has remained the same: to bring a sense of pride and dignity to those who produce it, and create opportunities for better education and wellbeing, more sustainable practices, and a stronger sense of community overall.

Join us as we take a closer look at the women who make up our latest All The Ladies lineup.

Rwanda - KCRS

From collective tragedy to collective triumph

First up on our list is our Rwanda at KCRS (Cooperative Coffee Rusiga Sector). A well-known coffee-producing country, Rwanda has an estimated 500,000 smallholdings, with the majority working together as cooperatives through the shared use of washing stations.

Operating via the Kinini Washing station, KCRS is a cooperative of women farmers producing one of the three incredible coffees found on the All The Ladies lineup. Having lived through and been personally affected by the Rwandan genocide, these women have triumphed despite collective and horrific tragedy, taking ownership of the land and shaping their future for the better.

While undoubtedly a team effort, the cooperative has flourished thanks to the help of a key figure, Jacquie. A prominent member of the International Women’s Coffee Association, Jacquie has been very active in helping the women of KCRS to organise themselves, providing support and assistance wherever necessary.

To honour their tireless efforts, Jacquie promised the women of the cooperative that she would market their coffee under its name, KCRS. Now expert coffee farmers in their own right, these women have flourished despite adverse circumstances, making a name for themselves within the international coffee community thanks to the complexity of flavour in their crop.

Kenya - Priory Farm

An intersectional approach to climate and community.

Next up is Kenya’s Priory Farm, which has seen success through the hard work and business acumen of its CEO, Zakiya-Rose Muge. Enjoying rich volcanic soil and ideal growing conditions at a high altitude, Priory Farm’s cherries are handpicked before being washed and sun-dried.

Peppering the farmland with indigenous trees, this crop diversity helps to bind the soil and provide natural shade. Additionally, Priory Farm employs integrated pest management techniques to promote biodiversity.

Through the success of their crops, Priory Farm has been able to provide for local communities by offering training for farmers, improving wages, and implementing educational initiatives. Through this wide-reaching approach, not only is high-quality coffee ensured, but so too is the wellbeing of the Rift Valley and its people.

As CEO, Zakiya-Rose has been credited with taking a leading role in coffee production at Priory Farm, utilising her background in business development and marketing to drive success.

Since joining Great Rift Coffee in 2021, she has developed the company’s branding, package design, and B2B relationships, positioning it as a beacon of quality and innovation within the global coffee market.

Mexico - Naxo Loxa

An exciting work in progress

Last but not least comes our latest coffee, Naxo Loxa - the final addition to our latest edition of All The Ladies!

Hailing from Oaxaca, an area widely revered for its coffee, Naxo Loxa’s coffee is grown by seven indigenous Mazatec women living in various communities in the highlands of the Sierra de Flores Magón.

While the quality of the crop these women produce is cause for celebration in itself, the story of Naxo Loxa is still one in progress. Despite personally cultivating and caring for the land, local law dictates that, despite their hard work, ownership of the land often falls to men.

Although in some cases, these men (usually relatives or partners) will allow their wives or relatives to sell coffee in their own name, this disconnect can still result in a reduction of their professional and personal agency. This can mean that, in addition to an inability to make decisions independently, it can also limit access to financial credit and resources that could improve their families' living conditions.

However, to mitigate this lack of agency and support improving the quality of Naxo Loxa’s crop, our import partner, Ensambles, has established a more direct regional supply chain. By opening a warehouse and quality lab in Huautla de Jiménez, the region’s primary settlement, the team can collaborate more readily with producers.

Led by Osiris Martínez, a Mazatec native and agronomist, she works closely with female coffee farmers to train them in better agricultural methods, harvesting, post-harvest handling, and more sustainable, environmentally responsible approaches.

Much like Priory Farm’s approach to polyculture, Naxo Loxa’s coffee crops are grown side by side with fruit and timber trees to increase biodiversity and improve soil integrity. In addition, the Mazatec farmers utilise an ancestral technique known as milpa, in which food crops such as beans, squash and maize are incorporated to generate further income and further boost their sustainable approach to agriculture.
