To be recognised on a national stage by Scotland Food & Drink and the Green Awards UK was an incredible accomplishment for us, but taking home four accolades in 8 days, including two honours right here on home turf at the Glasgow Business Awards, makes it extra special.

When Dear Green was established in Glasgow back in 2011, we set out with a simple, single-minded mission: to roast delicious, ethically sourced speciality coffee while acting as a true force for good.
For us, sustainability is not a marketing trend or an afterthought. It is woven into every single bag of beans that leaves our roastery in the East End of Glasgow:
At origin:We build long-term, direct relationships with growers who share our high ethical standards, ensuring full transparency and fair prices for farming communities.
At home: As a certified B Corp, we hold ourselves accountable to high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and responsibility.
In the community:We pledge 2% of our sales to initiatives supporting social and climate justice, funding impactful projects locally in Glasgow and internationally at origin.
So whether we are roasting, packing, shipping pallets, or running brewing classes in our SCA training space, we make sure every step reflects our core promise: Coffee that comes from a good place.
