What’s your name and where are you from?
My name is Stine and I'm originally from Denmark
What does a day at Dear Green look like for you?
I mainly focus on projects that helps progress Dear Green. Anything from making production smoother, better customer service, easier accounting etc. I also update our website regularly to make sure all our products are up to date. Problem solve any fires that might occur and help pack coffee whenever it's a busy day.
What's your favourite way to brew? Do you have any brewing tips?
Lately I've enjoyed brewing with my V60 at home, but with the weather getting warmer it's officially espresso tonic season!
Being in control of your variables such as dose, grind, yield, time gives you the ability to modify your brew and get the best out of your coffee.
Your favourite Dear Green coffee?
Currently i'd say our washed Rwandan coffees are hitting the spot - clean fruity & juicy coffees, perfect for filter.
What do you like most about working for a B Corporation?
Having a focus on our environmental impact is so important, and then also working within a team where we put each other's health and wellbeing first is very refreshing.
Aside from coffee, what are your passions?
Gigs, gigs and more gigs.
If you could have coffee with anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
Lady Gaga - although it would most likely be very awkward due to me sobbing through the entire meeting since I'm such a long time stan.

Dear Green is female founded.
What’s your favourite thing about specialty coffee?
There’s so much to learn and I love that it is forever evolving. Knowing that the higher price point means farmers gets paid more fairly.
What tracks do you listen to for some seriously good vibes?
My go to artists will always be Lady Gaga, The 1975 & Stray Kids.
