  • 2 min read

We’ve been growing our team again! We're delighted to introduce you to another Dear Greener, Stine.

Interested in joining our passionate coffee crew? Drop us an email. Read more about Dear Green and follow our antics on Instagram.

What’s your name and where are you from?

Stine, and I’m from Denmark

What does a day at Dear Green look like for you?

They are always changing but the basics are order processing, customer service, packing coffee, packing orders and drinking loads of coffee!

What's your favourite way to brew? Do you have any brewing tips?

Espresso, but I am getting more and more into filter and drip brewing since starting here.

Being in control of your variables such as dose, grind, yield, time gives you the ability to modify your brew and get the best out of your coffee.

Your favourite Dear Green coffee?

Kenya Ndimaini and Ethiopia Odaco, they are such beautiful African coffees.

What do you like most about working for a B Corporation?

Having a focus on our environmental impact is so important, and then also working within a team where we put each other's health and wellbeing first is very refreshing.

Aside from coffee, what are your passions?

I love the cinema and going to gigs. I’m excited to be able to start travelling abroad again.

If you could have coffee with anyone in the world, who would it be and why?

Lady Gaga. I love everything she does, and I feel like she would love an espresso!

What's something everyone should know about Dear Green?

Dear Green is female founded!

What’s your favourite thing about specialty coffee?

There’s so much to learn! I love that it is forever evolving. And the coffee itself is just amazing

What tracks do you listen to for some seriously good vibes?

My go to’s will always be Lady Gaga and The 1975
