Building on our series of coffee shop pop ups, we’re stoked to bring PROJECT to the creative community of South Block as a permanent coffee residency! Adjacent to our first roasting site, the creative east end is the obvious spot for us to be showcasing Dear Green coffee by Dear Green!
Expect daily changing coffee bean offerings from our seasonal roastery selection. Dialled in on our state of the art equipment to showcase the naturally delicious flavours from each coffee producer. All coffees are ethically sourced and fully traceable to origin, in fact we’ve probably visited the farm! From Africa to Central and South America, we are proud to share the diversity of flavours with you.
Come and shoot the breeze with our baristas, geek out on the latest brewing equipment or join us for one of our tasting events or classes!
Maybe you just want to work your way through our toastie menu or sample some fresh bakes from the plethora of local producers we support! Hit us up for catering for your office meetings or simply chill with us in the wonderful space that is South Block. We’re waiting to welcome you!
