This bundle brings together two processes of the same Rotutu coffee from Timor-Leste: one washed, one natural. Same origin, same producers, completely different flavours profiles.
The washed lot is clean and structured, with bright citrus, soft apricot sweetness, and a gentle rooibos finish. The natural lot leans fuller and more fruit-forward, with juicy red grape, tropical passionfruit, and a deep treacle sweetness with a syrupy body.
Sourced through Karst Organics, both coffees come from a collective of 140+ households in the Letefoho region. Their long-term work with the Rotutu community focuses on improving quality, infrastructure, and ensuring fair, consistent payment for producers.
