Summer Solstice returns from Brazil's renowned Daterra farm, bringing a vibrant, fruit-forward cup that perfectly captures the feeling of summer. Crafted from Paraiso, Yellow Catuai and Arara varieties, this tree-dried natural coffee offers a rounded body, juicy fruit character and honey-like sweetness.
Produced in the Cerrado region, the cherries are left to dry naturally on the tree, a unique processing method that develops exceptional sweetness, complexity and depth of flavour.
Daterra is the world's first B Corp-certified and carbon-negative coffee farm, with sustainability and innovation at the heart of everything they do. The result is a standout Brazilian specialty coffee that is both delicious and responsibly produced.

A lovely Brazilian coffee, grinds well, smooth flavour and a nice tanginess.
I was intrigued by the unique production of this bean as well as the tasting notes. Add to that the farms B corp and carbon negative credentials it had to be tried. This is a delicous coffee with a combination of sweetness and a soft boozy acidity, definitely could taste the cocoa. Anyway I burned my way through the first 250 gram pack. I enjoyed it so much I sent for a kilo, I look forward to every cup of this coffee.
My understanding is that it was absolutely wonderful. However, I put the wrong address on the order. So my mum and dad received the coffee, 400 miles away haha. They said it was lovely.
