The Coffee Lovers Brew Class is the first in a series of workshops created by Dear Green Coffee Roasters designed to introduce and explore the essentials for brewing awesome coffee at home.
In this two-hour class, we’ll discuss how to determine a coffee-brewing recipe. We'll identify the appropriate GRIND SIZE, and establish the importance of brewing TEMPERATURE, DOSE, TIME, VOLUME, TECHNIQUE and quality of COFFEE and WATER.
