At Dear Green we roast coffee! We train and educate. We grind, brew and share. We pursue excellence in coffee. We work with community. We ensure every coffee we source meets our ethical policies and we proudly visit coffee producers personally to ensure this! We roast to maximise the sensory tasting experience. Every bean is well considered, well sourced and only sold if it meets our QC tolerances. We're obsessed! We LOVE coffee!
Our roastery and SCA training space is easily accessible, located in the east end of Glasgow.
At Dear Green, we love trying new specialty coffee gear, and the Hoop is a real standout! This hand-operated brewer uses radial infusion to make clean, consistent pour-over coffee with minimal effort - perfect for beginners and pros alike.
Alex recently embarked on a journey to visit Host Milano with our friends at Ceado and La Marzocco’s Out of the Box event.
Alongside coffee and community, our commitment to the climate is a big part of our Dear Green's identity, and this felt like a chance to show that taking the plane isn’t the only option. While not every schedule allows for this method of travel, it’s definitely possible in the right circumstances - so don’t be afraid to give it a try on your next trip!
